  • In charge of the French cooking club at the Jordans Montessori Nursery school & at l'Ecole Française Jacques Prévert.
  • In 2013, I have worked for 1 year as a kitchen porter at the Greenhouse, a 2 Michelin stars French restaurant.

BEFORE

  • Graduated from EM LYON business school, specialised in Finance.
  • 3 years experience as a Finance controller, including 18 months at Alain DUCASSE group.
  • Passionate about cooking.
  • Moved to London in 2013 and decided to transform this passion into a professional experience.
